Had an account here for quite a while and left for greener pastures - came back almost immediately after finding out that the others couldn't match the quality of service or support that WHB offers. I host over 20 sites and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

I have been a customer for some time now and I have no intentions of moving elsewhere.
I can't really fault anything. Even at the moment I have been in discussion with support with regards to moving a live business site to WHB and the advice has been fantastic.
I honestly can't think of any bad issues.

I am actually writing this on behalf of a friend of mine who has webhostingbuzz. His only complaint is that there is no 24/7 support and everything is handled by a ticket system. They are a green provider from what I here, which is why my friend got hosting with them.
